BUTTON BADGE｜TIN BADGE
Button Badges are a fun and inexpensive way to market your company or brand. Badges are also great to hand out at children’s birthday parties or school fundraisers. A button badge is available in an oval badge, rectangle badge and circle badges.
We produce a wide range of shapes and sizes. (you will find these on our Product Descriptions). All of which can be printed from a single color print up to a stunning 4 colors print.

The process of making a Button badge is as follows
1. Start by creating a film and placing coated paper into the printer for printing.
2. Take the printed paper to be laminated, with options for glossy and matte finishes. The matte finish provides a non-reflective effect, giving users a stable and elegant feel, while the glossy surface is smooth and reflective, providing a bright and luxurious sensation.
3. Using a stamping machine to emboss the desired shape, similar to using a machine to cut out the desired pattern from a large piece. This process is known as die-cutting.
4. Use a manual stamping machine to press the button badge. The back of the button badge can be made with either plastic or metal, depending on the specific requirements of the customer.
5. The process of making a mirror badge follows the same steps as the badge, with the addition of placing a mirror in the stamping machine during the pressing process and covering it with button badge.

For small quantity orders, we offer transfer in express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or EMS. For large quantity, air cargo and sea cargo are also available.
Before starting an order, please send us inquiry along with your design (vector file), size and quantity for quoting reference. You may offer your ideas of what you want to show on your product and we will recommend the best production options according to your requirement. After that we will send you revised artwork for checking details. Once everything is confirmed, we can run on productions.
