Mould:
A computerized system is used to engrave your design on the mold surface by a precious CNC engraving machine
Injection & Elimination:
Material injected into the mould.
On completion of injection, waste material is eliminated to reveal the completed design.
Elimination:

Attachment:
The back attachment is spot welded on each piece.
Polishing:
The surface of the metal is polished until smooth
Coloring:
The design indentations are carefully hand-filled one color at a time using different size syringes, and placed to dry.
This process requires a high degree of skill on keeping each color and the right amount of enamel in the designated
area to prevent defective workmanship
Plating:
Various plating colors can be processed now. The quality of plating varies with the time that metal is immersed in the
plating solution

For small quantity orders, we offer transfer in express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or EMS. For large quantity, air cargo and sea cargo are also available.
Before starting an order, please send us inquiry along with your design (vector file), size and quantity for quoting reference. You may offer your ideas of what you want to show on your product and we will recommend the best production options according to your requirement. After that we will send you revised artwork for checking details. Once everything is confirmed, we can run on productions.
