Hangtags are a well-known decorative accessory. They can be hung on bags, backpacks, clothes, hats, shoes…etc. and provide recognizable icons.
Embroidery is very suitable for making hang tags. The soft material can protect product from harm and the bright embroidery thread color can provide the bright effect as printing. The 3D embossed feeling can make the product more vivid.
Embroidery hang tags can offer in single side logo or double sides logos. Material can be twill or felt background. Customized shape and size provide maximum space of creation.

Border
Merrowed border
Merrowing, sometimes known as overlock sewing or overlocking is the process of wrapping thread around fabric, yielding an efficient and uniform stitch. The merrowed border is around 3mm in thickness.
Heat-cut edge
The edge of emblems is cut using hot-knife by hand or laser machine, and heat-cut is usually used for irregular shape or hollow-designed emblems. it is ideal for more intricate shapes that may have multiple in-cuts and sharp angles

PVC plastic backing : A plastic backing is applied to patches for stabilization and sew-on purposes.
Iron glue / Heat seal : By heat seal backing, a patch can be ironed onto a garment.
Peel & Stick : If a special adhesive is applied to emblems, you can simply peel off a wax paper protective back and temporarily paste the patch to garments.
Velcro (hook & loop) : The Velcro fabric can be cut to the emblem’s shape and then sewn to the back of the emblem.

Special Technique
3D foam (3D Puff)
This is a technique where foam is inserted under the embroidery stitching. This results in the surface being raised or “puffed” look giving a three-dimensional appearance to your embroidery designs.
Dye Sublimation/ Printed
Sublimated patches are great for intricate graphics or ones with subtle shadings. A computer printer uses heat to directly transfer dye into the fabric to produce a photo-realistic effect.

For small quantity orders, we offer transfer in express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or EMS. For large quantity, air cargo and sea cargo are also available.

You may offer your ideas of what you want to show on your product and we will recommend the best production options according to your requirement. After that we will send you revised artwork for checking details. Once everything is confirmed, we can run on productions.
